Digital goods — general rule
eSIM plans, mobile top-ups, and digital gift cards are delivered instantly and constitute digital content consumed immediately upon delivery. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital content has been made available and you have acknowledged this at checkout.
Eligibility for a refund
We will issue a full refund if: (a) the eSIM QR code could not be installed on a compatible, unlocked device due to a technical error on our side; (b) the plan was charged but no activation details were delivered within 30 minutes; or (c) the data service was entirely unavailable in the stated coverage area during the validity period.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not available for: plans that have already been installed and used; incompatible or carrier-locked devices; user error during activation (e.g. QR code scanned multiple times); unused data at the end of the validity period; or plans that were correctly delivered and activated.
How to request a refund
Email support@touribo.com with your order number, device model, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by Dutch law. Oceanic Consulting VOF is registered in the Netherlands. Disputes may be submitted to the Amsterdam District Court or resolved through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
